I have delivered over 300 workshops both including workshops targeted for 16-25 year olds and workshops and solutions for senior leadership teams of world renowned brands; Bloomberg, Tesco, Barclays, Virgin Media, Travelex, Sky and many more.

Responsible for hiring coaches using automated tools such as Zapier, Mailchimp and Trello to make sure candidates were in align with Freeformers values and culture. During my time in recruitment I was appointed the goal of hiring 2 coaches from our diverse talent pool to deliver technical training to both our corporate and social audiences. I had shown particular good instincts and knowledge of the company’s culture and values when hiring, I was then appointed to hire two to meet our ever growing demands.

As Onefor1 manager at Freeformers I am responsible for; Seeking and cultivating our social partnerships that are align with Freeformers values. Project managing our social impact events such as our digital skills festivals (Upload Live). Curating a community of young people aged 16-25 years old for Freeformers Academy (Accelerator programme) and the wider Freeformers community. Since becoming the Onefor1 Manager in 2016 Freeformers has committed over 25,000 hours and counting to social impact.
