Assist with daily administrative tasks including artist and Director travel/accommodations, correspondence management, press appointments, and studio requests. Maintain and track meetings; ensure currency and accuracy of public calendar. Aid Director in sending out and monitoring offers as well as create consignment contracts for all artworks on loan. Provide superior levels of client services at all times, adhering to strict confidentiality standards, and discretion. • Key contributor in organizing the execution of gallery art fairs, including coordinating work selection and overseas shipments of works, ?managing applications, overseeing booth plans, and preparing the budget. • Analyze and research current market prices, Artnet pricing information, and price structures, utilizing gathered ?data to inform price and cost-related decision-making. • Generate PDFs and Powerpoints of all artworks being exhibited or presented by represented artists • Managing and maintaining the online database and website I created as well as keeping all files up to date when Director is away • Support exhibition administration by liaising with various personnel.
