• Manage operations and communications from HO implementing communications from head office to store to all 4 concessions working in conjunction with Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager and Department Managers. • HR/Administration regarding all store operations and key documents management, including payroll and store HR management. • CRM management core clientelling management (VIC1,2,3,4,5. Potential VIC, Data Quality CR, Interactions Analysis through C-sphere) overseeing all 4 concessions performance through Microsoft Dynamics CRM for data analysis and monitoring. o Managing KPI, Sales Target vs MTD/YTD, Client Data Quality, Monitoring Sales performance data: AVT/AQT/CR. o Implementing in-dept clientelling plans based on each client’s history and preference. o Organising regular meetings with department managers to support improvement on individual staff clientelling performance(i.e. Birthdays, New product updates, Event Invitations etc). • Finance Management/ Till operations o Overseeing all till operations for all 4 concessions on both Selfridges and PRADA till. o Monitoring Reconciliations and execution of store finance including petty cash. • Staff management/ Training liaising with each department managers evaluating individual needs and organising necessary trainings. o Plan Staff trainings monthly. Booking and organising key store operation dates and training schedules from PRADA Head Office + Selfridges. o Host regular training or morning meetings for CRM and SAP system training, till training and refresher training for PRADA standards, services and product knowledge. o Organise staff appraisals and provide regular progress and key performance updates.
