Supporting and building team performance on adherence, productivity, quality and KPI’s. Conducting coaching sessions around these to identify AOI’s and to support team development. Promoting and encouraging engagement in the team and the entire CS floor. In charge of running the day and leading the team towards overall goals and specific targets, including managing huddles, scheduling requirements, handovers, prioritizing workload, conducting and delegating managerial tasks and floor walking. Identifying training needs and delivering feedback. Monitoring quality and progression of agents’ skillset. Understanding, sharing and supporting the Worldremit culture in CS across all three locations. Training and upskilling new managers in the Cebu team. Supporting on recruitment and conducting interviews of potential candidates. Facilitating communication in between departments to support the team.
