The tasks consist of working with high-end projects involving many stages from start to finish. Administrative/Sales duties: • Booking meetings and greeting clients • Sell bespoke furniture, lights, fabrics, paints, tiles etc. • Attending meetings onsite with the designer • Organising documentation • Dealing with both cash and transactions • Releasing invoices • Liaising with suppliers, designers, contractors and internal/external contacts • Liaising with clients via phone, responding to email enquiries • Ordering furniture, fabric samples and other products • Ad-Hoc assistance with personal errands • To deal with all suppliers on a day to day basis, meeting them when required to maintain good working relationships • Processing sales/taking payments/issuing invoices and pro-formas • Managing customer complaints and knowing how and when to escalate issues to managers • Showroom management • Private residential consultations on site; • Processing the primary layout of the project as agreed following the personal taste of the client ( Colour Scheme / CAD drawing / Furniture and Material Selection); • Presentations of customised mood-boards to be discussed in meetings with clients; • Orders processing, liaising with suppliers and coordinating deliveries with customers keeping them informed of the process, telephoning and emailing, documentation, releasing invoices, greeting clients in the showroom, drawing, choosing materials, fabrics, furniture, ordering samples, suggesting paints and other design and administrative duties: • I have to work on several projects at one time that increases my concentration and attention to every detail.
