Graphic Design across print, digital and outdoor - Photography of events, and internal/external imagery of our developments - Digital Marketing including upkeep of the CMS, actioning email campaigns through the Pure360 platform, regular social media posts spread across desired channels via Falcon, briefing external companies on PPC strategy - Content generation and creative writing across channels including brochures, direct mail, PR and email - Part of planning and actioning the overall Marketing strategy for the South West region - Liaising with external suppliers - Lead generation including purchasing data - Database interaction - Adobe Creative Suite • Delivering an overall upturn of digital leads and conversions during the period of taking on the digital responsibility. This compared with the period presided over by our previous degree-level qualified digital marketing executive. • Working towards the maximum key objectives and overall strategy within the £1,250,000 regional Marketing budget for FY18, ensuring that the spend is as effective as possible, and reporting on this to the board of directors. • Understanding the McCarthy & Stone brand and heritage, and how the product and lifestyle fits within the key drivers that lead our notoriously challenging customer base to convert to sale. Ensuring all communications adhere to our brand guidelines and tone of voice. • Liaising with external suppliers and partners such as GK Signs, Designamite and McCann Erickson to deliver our objectives, including purchasing data, booking media, delivering graphics for site hoarding, and creating large scale campaigns on a range of media including outdoor advertising such as 48 Sheet billboards. • Production of our brochures from concept to print and delivery, working alongside the development managers to ensure that all assets within the brochure are correct, including; apartment floor plans and dimensions, site layouts, specification of the development and apartments, artist impressions of the building. Copywriting, proof reading, and sending on copies for approval to designated parties including the customer relationship manager, area sales manager, sales and marketing director and the regional managing director for final sign off.
Recent work includes: ● Product photography for Crack Ales and their first ale product 'Crack Hops' ● Press/promotional photography for DJ and producer J.Morrison and his recent DJ Magazine feature to celebrate the release of his 'Freedom' EP. ● Press/promotional photography for electronic/ambient music producer and music lecturer Kayla Painter. ● Product photography for the collaboration between Bristol food business The Gourmet Sandwich Club and Chabuddy G from BBC sitcom "People Just Do Nothing". ● Wedding photography for 10 weddings so far.
