Support new project planning includes planogram, new concept related fixtures, props. -Prepare mock shop & create VM guidelines. -Print the VM packs and send out. -Coordinate all the creative & design meetings. -Create window design, in store & concession planogram to maximize sale potential. -Maintain VM consistency cross the sites, solve the trouble shooters, manage the VM activities across all the channels. -Liaise up with print suppliers for POS and prop development. -Keeping the account of promotional assets and POS. -Brief the VM strategy and guidelines to the International distributors and franchises and nationally with partners like John Lewis. -For international VM activity planning liaise up with area sales manager and department store team. -Keep the trackers (VM, new projects, events & PR) updated. -Raise PO’s, budget control & management. -Liaising with the field VM team, store team and provide training. -Traveling.
