Marketing Executive
Responsible for the marketing of non-new build sales properties ensuring a marketing plan for each resale is accurately tracked and delivered on time my responsibilities include:
= Liaising with current leaseholders in respect of collating the information required to market
their property and keeping the seller updated during the marketing process.
= Proactively preparing and administering marketing campaigns to create an effective and
efficient plan, for each property.
?= Collating, checking and uploading non-new build sales data into website CMS, ensuring all
information and content is accurate and kept up to date across all digital marketing platforms including portals.

= Ensuring all marketing material is of a high standard and reflective of A2Dominion brand
guidelines.
?= Maintaining the Resales In-Box responding to all marketing enquiries within Customer Service Guidelines.
?= Progressing marketing processes of non-new build sales in line with Standard sales and
Customer Service Process and all information to be recorded on the group CRM system.
Marketing Assistant

I supported a team of three Marketing Campaign Managers; one of my highlights involved coordinating and collating the CGIs for Notting Hill’s largest development to date, Royal Albert Wharf. I liaised directly with the CGI designer and collated the comments of team members across the Commercial, Planning, Development, Private and Marketing departments. Following Notting Hill’s rebrand, I was responsible for:
= Updating and rebranding the Shared Ownership and Wheelchair composite advertisements
= Commissioning design agency Village to create new DNT banners
I covered the Campaign Managers’ duties which included updating e flyers, directing agencies and attending site visits.
Campaign Support
= E Flyers : Working with design agencies to produce e flyers in response to the progression of each development.
= Floor plans: Checking marketing plans against architecture plans- flagging any amendments directly to design agencies
= Finance: Updating scheme specific budget sheets and arranging payments
Resales and New Build Properties
= Liaising with Local Authorities to obtain the affordability criteria for new developments
= Generating applicant lists and sending direct mail-outs
Advertising (Wheelchair Adaptable Units)
= Working with sales to create a composite ad advertising any new or existing wheelchair adaptable units
= Ensuring wheelchair units are advertised in relevant publications in order to meet legal requirements
Events
= Off-site launches: Sourcing venues, creating event pages and managing guest lists
= Homeshows- Coordinating all activity as the direct contact for all event stakeholders, ensuring all merchandise is ordered in time for events.
= Designing and updating a booklet promoting available properties
= Arranging transportation and set-up of all marketing materials
Reporting
= Liaising with the Digital, Customer Service and PR teams to compile monthly reports (recording calls, emails and PR) generated for each development.
Finance
= Managing and updating the budget for all non-scheme specific activity
= Arranging payment for temp staff (monthly)
PR, Media
= Working alongside an external PR agency, reviewing the WIP (work in progress) reports = = = =Checking media schedules to ensure accuracy of invoices received
