Max De Pree said: "We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are." Unfortunately I have to say that so far I haven´t reached all my targeted career goals so I decided that now is the right time for me to take the next step on my career ladder, move to the city I always wanted to live in and get a job in the business I always dreamed of. Currently I am working as a project coordinator in Munich Germany. I am the first contact for clients from all over the world and responsible for the whole commercial support and timely planning as well as the proximate monitoring of about 70 projects concurrently. Being the interface between client, productexperts, directors and assistants it is a very stressful and hectic job but in this busy surrounding I can unfuld my skills in the most effective way. I like to be part of a big team but I am also able to work independent and on my own responsibility. I improved my administration skills since 2007 continuously, I know how to prioritise all incoming tasks and have a very good attention to details. I am a very creative person and although my current job is giving me great pleasure I feel more and more bored and not challenged enough to stay here. Expanding my horizon is something I am looking forward to and I would be glad to work with a product I am also privately interested in. I also used to work in gastronomy which also helped me to grow personally as well as in my association the clients or guests. I know how to stay polite in every situation and do everything I can to show that the “client is the king”. My native language is German but I am using English in my daily business (work and private) for several years now.Locked Pro Plan feature
I started as one out of three Assistants when I came to TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH and supported a team of 20 people with all commercial tasks of the business of a notified body. From the beginning I needed to be able to work independently and accurate under pressure and I had to prioritise the following tasks: • answering phone calls • organising Meetings • booking Travels and Travelcosts • writing offers, orderconfirmations and invoices • creating Certificates • manage mail • preparing analyses and presentation • etc. I am a highly organised person and soon I was promoted from an assistant to a Project Coordinator. Since June 2015 am the first contact for our clients and in charge of coordinating in average 70 projects concurrently. • planning the timeschedule according the requirements of the client • monitoring of dates • cost-consciously project-planning • planning all necessary evaluation experts • preparing analyses for clientmeetings • etc. I am also involved in creating and implementing new workflows and programs , like CRM, to get a strongly growing team more effective.
After finishing my self-improvement I started working in a global automotive supplier as a Junior-materials requirements planner for the Chinese production plants. I was responsible for the material supply of the plants according to the production planning. I needed to make sure that the right quantity, in the right quality arrived at the right time – just in time. I was in daily contact with the Chinese planning department, with the storage and the transport company and had to handle all circumstances that happened on a 6 weeks journey of transport. I also needed to organize flights and other abnormal loads to avoid a shutdown.
After graduating from a kind of secondary modern school i started my vocational training to become an Industrial clerk. During those 3 years of apprenticeship I worked in all commercial departments of the company. This included purchasing, sales and distribution, planning, marketing, accounts, legal department, HR etc. After finishing my apprenticeship I specialised myself in the international shipping department and was responsible for all international deliveries to clients by truck or plane.
