I define myself as highly motivated young person with can-do attitude who recently graduated from University where I was studying Film and English. Currently I am full time working and I believe that my communications and customer service skills and a pleasant and friendly manner would be beneficial for any company. I am hardworker and willing to give 100% to the tasks that I’m requested to do, because I believe that output always depends on the input. I successfully relocated to United Kingdom aged 20 in order to achieve better education and career prospects - a process which has included passing University entry qualifications, passing IELTS exam, as well as managing both study and work full-time, demonstrating an ability to prioritize and organize my time efficiently and effectively.
: Managing engineers timesheets, filling diaries, work sheets, feedback sheets, dealing with customers via phone and email, tracking engineers time of arrivals, informing client of any delays, changes, rescheduling jobs as per clients convenience, assisting managers to organize callbacks for the clients, liaising with HR managing engineers holidays and absence, raising purchase orders from suppliers to the engineers to collect.
