About me
I have recently graduated from Chelsea college of art and design in textile design.My main profession in textiles is stitch and print .With my projects I always mix print with stitch to create interesting textures to the fabric.I speak three global languages which are English,Russian and Arabic.I was born in Russia and lived in many parts of the world including the U.S and have been living in the UK for more than 8 years now.
Projects
- Final Degree ShowFinal degree show.These were my final garments for the Chelsea college of art and design degree show.My project was about global warming and I concentrated on the clolours which symbolized 'global warming'. I have used marbling as my main technique because it shows movement and gives a melting feel.I have used both my photoshop skills and my stitching skills to create and feel of melting movements in the fabric which then made them into garments.In each of the garments there is another stitching
