• Managing large-scale B2B events throughout the planning process as well as on the day event supervision – including staff overview, client delegation, catering, agendas, etc.

• Managing venue budget, weekly forecast reporting.
• Building client relationships as their main point of contact / account management.
• Conducting client, exhibitor and supplier venue site visits
• Training new employees, organising staff rota, calculating staff costs, etc.

• Contact and liaise with external suppliers regarding catering, AV requirements, furniture hire etc.

• Coordinating all B2B events at one of the busiest operational venues in the company. Daily tasks include pre-event planning – contacting and liaising with clients, organising catering and AV equipment, set up, deliveries, finalising invoices and credits, etc.
• Daily operational help at the venue – meeting and greeting clients, lunch set up and clear up, AV assistance, etc.
• Developing new ideas for events, such as seasonal offerings.
• Reception and administration work – including deliveries, postage, customer service, and phone and email enquiries.
