A former Project Analyst with 2 years experience in the creative industry looking to transition into a role in research and insights. Ideally, in a product design, strategic innovation, market research, branding, marketing or another integrated creative agency. In my most recent role at Native Design, I took every opportunity to increase my direct involvement in projects and collaborating with and learning from creative teams. This included supporting design strategists with research and writing for a project kick-off and a new product development. Having taken courses in Insights for Innovation and Research Methods, I have continued to develop my research, insight and writing skills over the past 6 months by writing several innovation and trend related articles, case studies and a presentation. My overarching goal is to be able to provide strategic support and insight for various innovative projects.
- Received approval for and implemented new resourcing system, Float Schedule, to improve allocation efficiency from previous use of Excel spreadsheets and more easily communicate schedules to designers - Concepted, introduced and built physical magnetic resource board to give clearer view of several months out in an interactive and easily adaptable format for PMs - Led internal projects including: • developing a custom-built project management web-based platform • the structuring and definition of company wide project management standardised processes • introducing further analytical tools such as post-mortem analysis and monthly roll-ups - Compiled and verified the accuracy of weekly project reports for project managers, finance and directors at weekly board reviews - Managed ERP systems (Paprika, People HR & Float Schedule)
