Management of clients’ presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, posting on relevant blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed. Content planning and creation for social media campaigns and community management.
Developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns and advertisements on Twitter, Facebook and Google Ads.
Completing social media monitoring audits using monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics.
Developing bespoke Wordpress-based websites for clients. Projects have included designing and building an online calculator to measure carbon emissions, developing members-only areas and user-specific pages for websites, bespoke application forms for finance websites, building eCommerce websites.

Worked closely with The Real Cider Company - using social media to identify festival leads for both retail and wholesale. Also used different social media channels to support and promote festivals that Real Cider Co attended or supplied to, giving an edge over competitors. I also used their social media accounts to develop relationships with new and existing customers, and promoted the range of ciders and Cider of the Month to drive traffic to the website.
