Providing project support for three simultaneous projects – international art festival, book project and educational activity programme. Responsible for all logistic regarding art pieces, transport, insurance. Collaborating with sponsors, donors, maintaining communication (programme acknowledgments, organizing annual party, preparing and sending out newsletter etc.). Liaising with directors and founders, organizing meetings, taking minutes, preparing and sending out agendas, creating PowerPoint presentations. Creating and maintaining different databases. Publishing leaflets, liaising with designer and print production acknowledgments: writing content, updating and maintaining festival website. Arranging travel and accommodation for international artists participating in the festival and manager’s travel abroad. Attending cultural events in London as relevant in order to promote the festival and its human rights agenda.
Coordinating work of 5 independent institutions while organizing major artistic event. Raising funds for exhibitions – catalogue, catering for approximately 200 people. Reporting directly to Manager and Finance Manager. Working closely with the technical team. Responsible for all logistic regarding art pieces, transport, insurance. Managing and updating gallery’s archives, website and social media sites. Administrative work, including keeping sales and stock records, raising invoices, stationery acquisition including periodicals and subscriptions. Being first point of contact for the gallery’s clients, contractors, patrons, artists and media – dealing with all external correspondence. Providing friendly and the highest quality service for clients from various cultures and backgrounds.
Supervised activities of an art gallery and turned it into one of the representative facilities of the University. Worked in an international team of volunteers, being responsible for delegating their tasks. Coordinated and created new fundraising opportunities.
