Gathering and distributing information to and from International Marketing teams ? Managing the intranet “Connect”, organising the marketing page inside Connect ensuring it is always up to date, and information is shared properly ? Manage internal communication efforts: Create a bi-monthly newsletter dedicated to MMINTL: collecting information, re-writing pieces, organising a newsletter/blog; gathering information for the monthly NA Mood News ? Supervising all MMINTL Social Media Outreach ? Supporting the localization and distribution of sales packs and product info materials ? Managing the new incentive program for MMINTL “You Earned it!” ? Monitoring of International websites status and push/support for updates liaising with suppliers ? Worked solely on the creation of 25 Mood Media International websites to be launched in March 2016. ? Supporting the organisation of events and sponsorship deals ? Manage the CMS of the City Guide for changes and updates ? Support the creation and launch of all MMINTL Marketing initiatives
