Outline I was responsible for providing first-class customer service to a diverse range of customers and deal with customer enquiries, and issues, on a day-to-day basis. Outline of Supervisor Role Throughout my time as a supervisor, I was responsible for running the store unaided and managing the team of Sales Assistants to achieve their personal sales targets.
