EF is the largest English Education company in the world. Working closely with the head of marketing, I generated creative ideas for online campaigns and wrote copy for email marketing, SEO optimised web content, blog posts and social media content. My role ranged from writing one-sentence strap-lines to feature length articles that went to our worldwide database of more than one million subscribers. My role was not limited to copywriting. I developed a new brand proposition and slogan, a new tone of voice, a style guide and a brand story. I also regularly commissioned, edited and managed content from a team of contributing freelance writers.
