  • My role as PR and Marketing Assistant includes helping manage all social media platforms, working with analytics, building relationships with trade, local and national press, booking press appointments, working with trade publications on releases and coverage and the general marketing of the brand. This includes working with designers to create on brand artwork, planning logistics of salon openings and Marketing materials and liaising with salons on a daily basis.

  • My role within our quickly expanding team at Daisy London is to oversee the smooth running of all aspects of Customer Experience, Ecommerce and Dispatch. My day to day routine varies greatly, including overseeing ecommerce orders, liaising with customers and clients, working closely with our Directors and all members of the marketing, web and dispatch teams, as well as overall management of ways to improve and expand upon customer experience. Working within a small team, I also have the great responsibility in overseeing everything that comes through the back end of our flagship online store. Within this role, I thrive within a deadline based, high pressure environment and seeing results each day, as well as building upon current processes with new ideas and introducing new customer experience strategies to our quickly expanding client base.
