I am currently the Marketing Manager of Nando’s Camberwell, after starting as a cashier at age 16, I have worked my way up in the company to combine my future career and part time job. I believe that Nando's allowed me to become the person I am today, I have gained many friends, a lot of integrity and communication skills that have gained me a place at my dream University studying Media Communications and Production. I have recently increased sales and customers at my local store by double within the last 6 months of taking over the Marketing Manager role and have exceeded targets within the first month elected. I believe that my experience of the digital and combining my love for Nando's has allowed me to accomplish targets set.
On site assisting the site manager for Nike Hackney Marshes takeover. A women’s only football tournament run by Nike, in celebration of the Women’s World Cup. Supervising staff members and production team, organising positions, breaks and taking charge of a specific area of the Nike festival.
Working with Crystal Palace’s Football Association, Football Scuola an organisation set up to help young disadvantaged kids in East London trial at Premier League clubs and to create content to promote their talents and to engage an audience. Developing Videographer/ Editorial skills, filming through football sessions, presenting interviews, updating on socials and combining the love of the sport with contemporary music when creating videos. Reflected Grassroots football through the camera choices and content ideas, weekly.
Working at Big Talk Productions gaining professional and advisable experience within a production office. Being in a busy, office environment and having the ability to have my voice heard and for tasks be complete. Working alongside two runners, a Head Runner and Head Runner Manager. Running after specific orders of refreshments for producers and heads of departments. Writing creative blogs and articles on my experience. Involving myself in meetings and engagement to develop my knowledge of a production office.
Spending time on the set with camera crew, lighting crew, cast and producers, understanding the production process on shows such as Hollyoaks and Celebs Go Dating. Developing my Indesign and Photoshop skills. An example such as an Instagram post of a cast member with an initiative caption in order to engage the audience and other images of cast members during The Brit Awards. Developing my communication skills in order to brainstorm or engage initiative ideas to be published on the mass social media platforms. Using my initiative in interviewing and practising presenting tactics with Hollyoaks stars in order to update my portfolio.

Travelling around the North-East with the marketing team, cameramen and directors promoting Metro Radio Station. Developing my communication and confidence to ask a variety of newspaper companies to cover the promotion of the radio station, even if declined being able to develop the constraints to promote the company in a positive light.
