I managed the process for interviewing and recruiting students across Hertfordshire and London to enroll onto an apprenticeship in Hairdressing or Barbering at a well established Academy. I gained a firm understanding of students needs, whilst also being able to work proactively and professionally with employers. Continually looking for areas we could improve, refining processes and setting basic expectations and best practice standards. Developed extensive communication skills with staff, learners, local providers and employers. This was demonstrated through informative presentations to prospective learners, regular business development promoting services and professional information, advice and guidance to providers and employers.
