I am currently responsible for all copy and content across the House of Fraser website, managing a team of Content Editors and Editorial Assistants across all categories to produce inspirational, on-brand content with customer insight at the heart. A data-driven individual with a strong analytical understanding, I possess a strong commercial understanding of the luxury market across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. With good technical knowledge and experience of working with multiple CMS systems including basic HTML, I am a creative thinker who can balance both the commercial and the creative to create a first-class content experience within the retail landscape.
Responsible for overseeing implementation of all day-to-day content across the House of Fraser Desktop, Mobile and App sites, ensuring the brand tone of voice is consistent and all SEO, UX and Trading requirements are incorporated.
