About me
Executive coaching , mentoring, leadership development and writing keep me busy. I have over 20 years experience coaching within FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and cutting edge start-ups globally. Many of the organisations I work with started as fledgling startups and now have market caps of over £1bn, I have worked with them during that journey.
My work is both one to one and in groups, mixing conventional and unconventional approaches, underpinned by the latest in neuroscience. It is my mission to help the leaders of today, and tomorrow, overcome fear, embrace their humanity and live to their fullest potential.
The Art of Possible; new habits, neuroscience and the power of deliberate action was published in 2015.
Alongside coaching and writing, I am an advocate and campaigner for change for those growing or having grown up, under the shadow of addiction. 🤍
