Hired to overhaul achica.com and kiddicare.com, the parent company Worldstores was purchased by Dunelm in late 2016 and as such the role expanded to include aspects of the Dunelm brand. Developed a creative strategy for each brand to deliver business targets through an omnichannel campaign approach. Managed creative teams in London, Leicester, Peterborough and Stoke-On-Trent.
Joining this multichannel marketplace in its infancy, I was part of the senior leadership team that took the business from a £1m startup to a £165m market leader. The role encompassed developing a creative strategy that delivered commercial targets as well as award-winning work across a multitude of channels and disciplines. I also recruited and established an award winning creative team, consisting of art directors, designers, copywriters and producers.

Joined as the creative lead having contributed to the successful pitch for the John Lewis Direct account whilst freelance. The role expanded to overseeing the creative direction of up to 12 publications per year including the seasonal Home catalogue and Christmas catalogue, developing each project from brief, through to art direction, design and production.
