    I joined the City Plumbing team to focus on Email marketing, and support on CRM activities. My role involved: - Managing the end-to-end delivery of several campaigns. - Using A/B testing, dynamic content, segmentation and targeting to optimise performance. - Designing and improving CRM journeys with the wider team. Whilst continuing to support on email and CRM activity, I took opportunities to work on the Display channel, and launch City Plumbing's affiliate programme. My role involved: Affiliate Marketing: - Generating over 15% of online revenue through our affiliate programme, which I launched and manage. - Developing close working relationships with our affiliates, and scout potential partnerships. Display Marketing: - Efficiently managing our agency, optimising our re-targeting and acquisition display campaigns. - Work closely with the Creative Studio team to brief and create attractive and goal achieving display assets. In 2021, I took the opportunity to take the lead on City Plumbing's PPC activity. In addition to managing our Affiliates programme, and supporting on Email activity, I now: - Manage and develop the relationship with our Paid Search agency. - Monitor our Paid Search activity to maximise ROI and improve performance. - Ensure all Paid Search campaigns are aligned with corporate goals and seamlessly support promotional activity.
