The main aspect of the role was to see the move in process from start to finish- acquiring relevant documentation and referencing for the future tenant, creating the move in pack (drawing up contracts and ensuring all legally required documents were included), and conducting the move in appointment with tenants
Post move in, acted as point of contact between tenants and landlords, keeping a clear channel of communication for any queries or issues
Dealt with customer enquiries via phone and email, and consequently arranging and confirming viewings with tenant and keeping the company diary up to date
