    o For the first six months of my current role, I was responsible for the management and running of the Marketing and PR department, while the company underwent some restructuring. o Provide strategic input and support to the PR and Communications Director, defining and implementing a global 360 communications strategy, retail rollout and departmental budget. o Management, organisation and execution of all events globally, across all departments. From creating engaging concepts and ideas to budget management, management of all logistics, securing and negotiation of brand partnerships, sourcing venues globally, managing international production companies, negotiating with and securing suppliers, working closely with music producers/composers, overseeing press/VIP attendance and model casting. Most notably: • Paris Haute Couture Week show and after party (600 guests – press and clients) • SS14, AW14/15, SS15, AW15/16, SS16 and AW16/17 • 1st Ladies Haute Couture Runway Luncheon in association with the United Nations General Assembly. Pierre Hotel, New York • V&A: Fashion in Motion, London • Concours d’Elegance in association with Rolls Royce, Beijing • Showroom and boutique openings around the world, pop-up launches, in-store product launches, high profile dinners and experiential events for elite clientele o Working on a wide variety of events and client experiences, I’m responsible for budgets of up to £400,000. o Create and implement a new events procedure and best practice guidelines for the company. Working closely with all Heads of Department to build and maintain a working events calendar. o Analyse the success and ROI of all events and brand activities against set objectives. o Create and develop working events and supplier database. o Manage and develop international media and stylist relationships. o Pitch and secure coverage in domestic and international publications. • Including but not limited to: Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, The Sunday Times Style, Grazia, NYMag, Stella and Schön Magazine. o Work closely with stylists to secure key celebrity placements globally. • Including but not limited to: Angelina Jolie, Blake Lively, Gwyneth Paltrow, Erin O’Connor, Olga Kurylenko, Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Jourdan Dunn. o Social media account management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Wikipedia). • Instagram – Over 1.2m followers acquired in 3 years. • Facebook – Followers increased by 900% since joining the brand. o Responsible for the inception and creation of brand materials and PR collateral in-line with the defined brand strategy. From writing press releases, interviews, website copy and brand literature to managing the creation of imagery, brand assets, seasonal press books and developing printed collateral for retail usage. o Manage Marketing & PR Assistant, Executive, department interns and supervise international PR agencies.
