Kathryn co-founded Decoded in January 2011. A company on a mission to demystify the digital dark arts, making technology education amazing and empowering anyone with an understanding of the languages behind the screen. Decoded's face-to-face and digital learning experiences span code, data, cyber security, the internet of things and beyond. Most famous for teaching anyone "Code in a Day", Decoded pioneered a global zeitgeist around code education and the urgent need for professional digital literacy and leadership. Offices in NYC, London and Sydney, Decoded have to date taught in over 40 cities across the world and are expanding.
