Pitch 100 Super Woman! APA Good Karma. Proud FireFlie 2018. A compassionate, tenacious and change-driven individual who flourishes in a socially-conscious environment that values inclusivity and sustainability. I take as much pride in peer support and work culture, as I do in driving personal development. At home in fast-paced and competitive surroundings, I thrive on the changeable objectives that working in the creative industries presents - relishing the opportunities to find clarity amongst the chaos. Now seeking new opportunities to create meaningful impact through cause-related collaborations.

Founded the Good Karma Collective to support grass-roots initiatives and networks working to create positive change within the ad industry. Offered the Collective invaluable exposure to the APA membership of over 260 commercial production companies. Led to the GKC experiencing higher enquiries and adoption by APA members. Managed in it's entirety the annual APA Masterclass; the only fully comprehensive advertising production course, now recognised as the UK industry standard. Controlled budgets, venues and over 200 participants year-on-year, including securing tutors, all of whom were top industry experts. Handled APA presence at international events such as Kinsale Shark Awards, and organised Green Production and Diversity Talks at Cannes 2016/17. Advocated AdGreen’s position as the UK’s industry resource for sustainable best practice. Initiating the APA as a key supporter led to the adoption of environmental accountability into UK production contracts and budget lines. Consulted with our 260+ member companies to identify common industry concerns and addressed these by curating and marketing specific, solution-driven programmes and events. Worked alongside the Chief Exec, advising member companies on production inquiries, legal issues and budget concerns; consolidating commercial awareness.
