      • Clients: McDonald’s, Sainsbury’s Tu, Audible, VW Group, Experian McDonald’s – DRUM is lead agency for their ‘always on’ social Owning all aspects of the relationship & acting as brand guardian for DRUM (& OMDs) biggest client I lead monthly content meetings with all key stakeholders, steer creative using brand insight, audience trends & execute directly with McDonald’s Social Editor In Chief as well as overseeing the design team, production team & the process Support on the social strategy to develop PR ‘able campaigns that credibly raise the profile amongst target demographic Leading the internal teams to ensure we are providing the highest quality of creative content Working with OMD to optimise our best performing content based on monthly results Leading discussions around negotiating extra projects and the retainer renewal My biggest achievement since leading this account across my 2 years at DRUM is the launch of Instagram as an always on channel for the brand, this involved: Scoping out the project and selling this in to McDonald’s Social Editor In Chief Working closely with the strategist to develop a sound strategy Leading the presentation of our strategy and creative concept to the Director of Marketing for Brand, Experience and Media for sign off on the project Running this project to implementation including refining the creative, shoot planning, working with our Producer on post production and delivery of the assets Providing data and metrics on the success of the launch General – across clients Proactively seeking new business opportunities with current clients Selling proactive projects into clients and negotiating production and media value on their behalf Supporting the Head of Client Services, Creative Director and Head of Strategy on several pitch projects Lead creative process; leverage consumer insights, market conditions & interpret data to develop campaigns - driving new ways of consumer interaction with brand services & deliver ROI Acting as the escalation point for any project that I am not solely running and ensuring junior members of the team are supported in the day to day running of their campaigns Line managing an Account Manager – setting goals, supporting development and training
