Writing fashion features for this quarterly fashion and photography magazine based in Berlin, Germany
• Managed the writing of copy and engaging content for both large integrated campaigns and smaller individual drives. • Producing content for external sites and forums in order to increase outreach and potential business. • Building relationships with similar businesses in order to collaborate on content production. • Successfully managed social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter and used targeted advertising to boost campaigns and SEO, this increased the company’s social media following from 7K to 45K in 8 months.
• Worked together with the marketing department to produce content for ad campaigns and promotional content during the early stages of the UK fashion ecommerce website, which directly increased traffic to the site. • Copywriting for the UK online department – writing brand descriptions directly for the site as well as editing copy for the fashion blog. • Handled the UK social media side of customer service. Updated Facebook and Twitter with promotions and also assisted customers with complaints and queries. • Successfully worked as a customer service agent for the UK, Italy and Switzerland.
