University achieve their goals.
Content and communications lead on a major project to move to a new CMS and new search
provider, changing the focus of the 12,000-page website to external stakeholders.
Working with developers in an agile team to create accessible content types and layouts.
Writing best practice guides and designing/delivering training courses for new web editors.
Evaluating success using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, SiteImprove and
heat maps.
Using project management tools including Visual Studio and Trello.

many authors across the University.

Using social media, blogging about developments, content and conferences, developing training
materials and delivering training sessions.
I was also a mentor to a colleague in China and completed the University’s Bradford:Leader
programme.
