I always knew that a creative path would be one that I would follow. I have studied Fine Art, Illustration and am now a Creative Designer with three years' industry experience. One led into the other. Fine Art began at school, Illustration and first class honours followed at university and Graphic Design, well Graphic Design found me! New Blood, a fantastic mad blur of 3 days, resulted in an Internship at Empire Design. In search of more diverse experience I took freelance positions in publishing and marketing. Finally, working for Rufus Olins at Newsworks for two years I honed a broad skill-set across marketing, events and branding. Next was a six month trip around New Zealand and Asia to absorb cultures, people,landscapes, foods, colours and architecture. Branding and marketing for multiple DAN agencies and clients: Creating brand identities for global DAN initiatives, such as leadership programmes and marketing events. Working on large scale pitches for brands such as P&G, IAG, British Gas and BMW to produce brand identities, pitch theatre, print collateral and infographics. Working with digital design agency, Isobar, on digital marketing campaigns such as Pringles and Krave.
Brand and packaging design. Research into competitor markets and research for brand strategy and positioning meetings. Working for brands in the drinks, health and food sectors, including producing moodboards, logo concepts and brand identities.
