Duties include but are not limited to: - Research projects - recent projects have included an in depth analysis of features and prices of competitors and researching advertising options/prices abroad - Filing and paying invoices - Arranging team building trips and meetings. Booking travel, accommodation and entertainment - Dealing with incoming and outgoing post - Managing office email account - Keeping track of petty cash and receipts - I redesigned the second office and sourced all furniture/arranged for delivery and installation - Weekly shop for office - snacks, coffee, tea etc. - Liaising with site members taking part in advertising campaigns and coordinating thank you cards/gifts.
