I worked as a freelance Buyers Administrative Assistant for the months leading up to the opening of Restoration Yard, Edinburgh. During this time I was responsible for:
• Creating Trade & Trend Reports for the Buyer
• Researching new brands & products
• Photoshopping images for online
• Data logging of over 4,500 lines of suppliers and stock information into Excel for the upload into EPOS
• Writing Full and Short Descriptions for tills and tags
• Pulling product information for every line to be used for online copy
• Gathering images of all products to be used for online
• Manually inputting and editing lines into EPOS
• Researching retail prices
• Liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis regarding invoices, product information and imagery and delivery of stock
• Organisation of all supplier invoices and catalogues
