    • Sole responsibility for copy across all channels; including both short and long-form website copy, blogs, B2C emails, social, collection and product naming • Developed a new Tone of Voice guide and upskilled team members in the new principles • Created and executed a copy strategy for broadcast and automated emails to meet brand and growth objectives which improved OR by 69% and CTR by 46% (above benchmarks set). • Responsible for organic social channels from end to end • Regular content creation; including photography and videography, editing using Adobe Suite to deliver high-level images, videos and gifs which were on-brand and met brief requirements • Increased Instagram following by 50% YoY; improved engagement on reach by 70% (above target) • Managed stylists and press requests, reactively and proactively, to deliver high-quality press coverage for the Motley brand. Highlights include features in Vogue Scandinavia,Vogue Italia, the Financial Times and the Telegraph. • Launched and managed successful influencer campaigns (both gifting and paid) to drive both brand awareness and sales. Established productive partnerships with influencers, delivering positive ROI. • Created a custom-made engagement index tracker to report on all organic social channels, influencer campaigns and press. Inputs include website data from GA, engagement data from social platforms and sales data from Shopify. • Conceptualised ideas for in-house and partnership photoshoots.
