Working as part of the European Touring team, supporting the President of Touring and the SVP of Music UK. The team plans, promotes and delivers high profile stadium, arena and theatre tours in the UK and Europe. Role responsibilities include;
- PA duties to SVP of Music UK including arranging meetings, managing diaries, expense processing, booking flights, hotels, making travel arrangements, producing travel itineraries
- Researching potential venues and providing relevant production information about venues
- Confirming venue availability across the UK & Europe and devising viable tour routes
- Collating bi-weekly ticket figure reports and updating the relevant agents/artist management
- Liaising with the legal department to administer and agree artist and venue contracts
- Handling ticket requests internally & externally, managing guest lists
- Coordinating Tour Marketing & PR materials
- Producing PowerPoint presentations for President of Touring
- Sharing tour/production information with appropriate LN European offices and promoters
- Producing internal & external venue itineraries for tour announcements and sales
- Compiling press clippings and reviews to show artists and management their tour exposure
- Fielding concert and personal appearance offers for prestigious artistes
- Managing celebrity social media accounts; creating and scheduling posts
- Assisting with department administration; answering phones, taking messages, printing documents for meetings, setting up meeting rooms, welcoming guests
