About me
I am a highly creative designer and communication specialist with 9 years experience in design, display, marketing, POS, visual merchandising, art direction and photoshoots. Working for a major high street retailers and an up and coming brand has made me a competent, commercially active professional with a diverse skill set and breadth of knowledge. I am keen to start the next chapter in my career. I place great value in the people that I work with and I consider good communication with them as essential to my role. I pride myself on my ability to connect with colleagues and I enjoy using my influencing skills to affect positive change. Work history
    Visual Communications Specilaist
    Working across Menswear, Womenswear and Timberland Factory Outlet to create and update communication tools for the key seasonal milestones meetings. Producing overviews displaying full collection and all colours offered along with margin and pricing – enabling each country to buy more effectively for their region. Creating Wovens Pack to show, fabric, buttons and shirt designs to use alongside the handlooms. Working across Design, Product Management and Production Development to capture all necessary information. Build and update a Virtual Store with mannequins to show the flow of the product in store by month, highlighting the Marketing Styles, colour story and key products for each drop. Create and develop new and improved communication tools for all departments, thinking about how to deliver information on both a global and regional scale - considering how the EU, North American and Asian markets differ from each other. Producing tools with forecast and then sell-in data from the season, which shows which styles and coloured were the most successful with the markets. Assisting the US team with the Field Guide, which is a key visual tool for the Franchise, Wholesale and Sales teams. Supplying regional information, checking photography and ensuring seasonal fabric stories are correct.
    Visual Merchandiser

    Field-based Visual Merchandiser responsible for 14 different stores in various locations throughout London and the UK. Acting as an ambassador, working with store managers and teams to provide support and coaching on all aspects of the Oliver Bonas brand. Contributing solutions that maximise sales and ensure optimum commercial layouts, which benefit both the customer and company requirements. Responsible for implementing new window concepts and developing material to communicate new visual merchandising directives including VM Handbooks, Linear Space Management, VM Handling and Floor-planning, Planograms, Feature Tables and Spaces. Work with Merchandising and Area Management to develop individual stock packages which reflect local market trends and are in line with current business priorities. Be aware of individual store PG statistics, stock package and customer. Responsible for Oliver Bonas achieving brand consistency through all UK stores – understanding store needs, layout and fixtures and customer flow. Work to achieve increase in gross sales turnover in stores following re-merchandising. Development and implementation of future merchandising plans in-store – Key Seasonal Holidays, Christmas and Summer and Winter Sale and work with the VM Team to open new stores across London and the UK.
