I help businesses attract and retain profitable customers more easily. As a Marketing consultant, I offer a structured, no-nonsense approach to finding and expressing great value to customers. We'll do this by deep diving into what your customers want, what competitors offer and what you do differently to competitors that customers find meaningful. Typical steps in any engagement include: 1. Diagnosis (e.g. immersions, outreach) 2. Customer mapping (e.g. review of existing data, interviews, qual/quant into segmentation) 3. Strategy setting (e.g. goal setting + making choices that impact the next12 months) 4.
