  • An extremely diverse role within a creative, entrepreneurial environment. Beginning as an Operations & Administration Assistant with general reception, administration and operations/facilities duties, the team swiftly grew from 18 to 45 people in 18 months and as a result of that, my role grew with it. Embracing a range of extra responsibilities and duties across the board, as well as creating a few more of my own, I became the Community Office Manager and, essentially, the team lynchpin. My proudest achievement would be successfully managing, growing and owning the team/community culture using a variety of creative styles to suit individual as well as the team's tastes... seeing the impact and difference that my work made on the team was extremely rewarding. Responsibilities at The Icehouse ranged from Administration, PA, HR assistance, Internal Events and Office Management to Operations, Technology and Facilities Management.
