- QwerkA co-working space located in Downtown, San Diego, the historic YMCA building is the location for this project, mainly looking at the west half of the first floor that consists of a co-working space and a local coffee shop. Because it is located in one of the busiest areas of the city, the YMCA building welcomes hundreds of individuals every day, and with this, the design concept of the space promotes a sense of excitement, playfulness, and fun while workers are accommodated.
