  • Manage all Stock Uploads ensuring product is represented to the highest quality online and uploaded efficiently Ensure live Live Chat is attended to daily and all customer communication is in line with Area 51 guidelines Overall creative Management of Instagram and Facebook content, co ordinating with stores, setting the tone and voice of Area 51 through these channels, engaging with all communication that may be involved, this is monitored 7 days per week both within work hours and outside of these. Contributing to a clear positive and working environment at 35 High Street that are in line with company standards and guidelines from upper management. Planning, directing and executing E Commerce Photography with an emphasis on quality and a high attention to detail, this includes communication with suppliers and brands to effectively use the imagery they provide where possible, this includes planning and cost effective thinking. Database Management, gaining an understanding of our customer base and working with Managers to ensure staff are effectively signing customers up, collecting and reviewing data of our customer database to better understand and read their engagement with our content / EComm through back end web reporting, MailChimp, E Retailer and Google Analytics information. Creating, managing and driving the content of our Newsletters through MailChimp with a focus on engaging driving customers to our retail locations and E Comm site. E Commerce homepage direction & maintenance that creates desire for product, information and education of our brands, engagement and is sales focussed while keeping in line with the tone of Area 51's brand message. Assistance with processing deliveries at 35 High Street when required. Continual implementation and execution of new initiatives both creatively and strategically that relates to Marketing & E Commerce Content Providing reporting, feedback and deliverables to Cam, Peter, Marenke to effectively assist in company strategy Being proactive in gaining an understanding of the market, keeping up to date with competitive and comparable sites and applying this knowledge to better what we do at Area 51.
