About me
Having graduated from university last year with a degree in fine art, I since worked full time as a supervisor in a customer service role, in order to fund a 6month trip to South East Asia. I am looking for a full time supervisor position in the art industry that will allow me to grow and progress, both within a team and as an individual. I love meeting new people so am well suited in a customer facing role. I prefer working in a fast pace environment because I work well under pressure and enjoy using my own initiative. I am a very creative yet strategic thinker who works towards achieving the best results.

I settled into the role quickly and was promoted to supervisor within 6 months of joining the company. This role taught me how to deal with unexpected and sensitive issues on a daily basis. I became very adaptable and able to anticipate difficult situations in order to ensure smooth daily running of the business. Working in an environment that catered to a majority of elderly customers, meant often having to deal with incidents on the shop floor. Our customers required a personalised service that demanded patients, understanding and enthusiasm. I was also responsible for the continuous profit and increase of sales within my department.

• Deal with queries and complaints. Supervising the customer service department that deals with refunds, often assisting with unsatisfied customers
