Manage a network of independent agencies.
• Serve as a partner for both clients and agencies to develop and facilitate campaigns in multiple markets.
• Advise clients on global communication strategies and agency network structures, lead evaluation of local market conditions, consider cultural impact on local strategic communications and specific client sectors
• Responsible for development and launch of media network including building partnerships, bedding in first clients and measuring impact on overall business objectives
• Maintain relationships on a daily basis with 800+ agency network spanning 106 countries including agencies in ATL, BTL, PR and media, also responsible for development of presence at industry events
