Manage a network of independent agencies. • Serve as a partner for both clients and agencies to develop and facilitate campaigns in multiple markets. • Advise clients on global communication strategies and agency network structures, lead evaluation of local market conditions, consider cultural impact on local strategic communications and specific client sectors • Responsible for development and launch of media network including building partnerships, bedding in first clients and measuring impact on overall business objectives • Maintain relationships on a daily basis with 800+ agency network spanning 106 countries including agencies in ATL, BTL, PR and media, also responsible for development of presence at industry events
•Part of international team which developed strategies for foreign brands entering or operating in the Chinese market as well as assisting Chinese brands going abroad •Collaborated with insights and creative teams to establish overall business and communications strategies •Served as senior account manager for English-speaking clients and on-going relationship development •Clients included Bank of China, China Telecoms, YingLi Solar, University of North Carolina, Lafuma
