I’m a Senior Creative / Senior Art Director based in London with the skills to come up with original and unusual concepts, and have the skills to carry the job through. My experience ranges from Graphic Design, Direct Mail, B2B, TTL Advertising and even Recruitment communications / Employer Branding. I’m able to come up with great ideas for offline and online areas, from a simple press ad to an integrated global campaign.     Jaguar Land Rover Graduate Recruitment Campaign 'Moments'We came up with the campaign theme of ‘Moments’ to promote careers at Jaguar Land Rover. The idea showed whatever role you play at JLR your career defining moment will contribute to the success of JLR and also be a great defining moment to you as an employee. To bring this to life we created a Graduate brochure incorporating an Aurasma app which brought to life our employees stories. A Launch film showing key moments from employees from 'idea to production to launch' was produced incorporating a dubstep music track and slowed down and speeded up film footage to give a sense of momentum and time to the film. So our aim here is to show that careers here are every bit as exciting. There’s so much that people don’t know, and such a big and positive story to tell. There’s a huge business, brimming with innovation, growth and global ambition. Our headlines do the hard work – opening eyes, revealing facts and showing just how much more there is to Jaguar Land Rover. The result is a campaign that will first amaze, and then engage. 'How far?' Concept Whatever their role at Jaguar Land Rover, and wherever in England they work, the ideas our candidates will have and the contribution they’ll make will resonate around the world. This is what it’s like to work for a business as global and ambitious as you are, and it’s the message at the heart of this campaign. Our visuals bring it all to life. We see iconic cityscapes from around the world, chosen to reflect some of your key markets. With each image, a milometer shows how far the city is from Gaydon – showing clearly that the ideas generated in your UK headquarters are having an impact thousands of miles away.

    HSBC Integrated Campaign 'Direct Banking AKA...'HSBC recently re-launched their Customer Telephone Services as HSBC Direct. The change of name was intended to reflect the fact that HSBC think of their contact centres as being more than just contact centres. These are instead places that offer customers a direct banking service which just happens to be over the phone. Taking this message out to an audience of all backgrounds and ages meant showing people the range of things a career with HSBC Direct could mean for them beyond the obvious, narrow benefits of a traditional contact centre, while also giving a clear, realistic picture of the role. At the same time, our communication materials had to get across the professionalism of HSBC, and the fact that candidates would be working for a highly successful global brand, without them looking like typical banking ads (which our research told us would put a lot of the right people off). The ‘aka’ device allows us to meet all these challenges head on, while also creating a consistent, highly recognisable campaign that manages to be both accessible and aspirational at the same time.     HERTFORDSHIRE CC Integrated Campaign 'Not All Heroes...'Hertfordshire County Council wanted a campaign that could attract people from all walks of life to help the elderly and vulnerable with a variety of everyday tasks, enabling them to get on with their lives. The campaign needed to cater for a large number of hires, and to cover a large geographical area. Flexible Support Workers might only be required to work for as little as 7 hours per week, so this was very much about targeting a local audience with a simple message. To help them realise that, whoever they were, they had something very valuable to offer. A little of their time. We needed to let people know that they shouldn’t take for granted the everyday things they do every day. Because, whether they’re helping someone with their washing, their shopping or just by being a bit of company, they can be real heroes, with a real impact on peoples’ lives. So we created the ‘Everyday heroes’ campaign to deliver this message. And, with superhero, comic-book style illustration, to create a colourful splash that no-one could miss, wherever they were, across the region. As we were talking to a wide and local audience, the media schedule was very much focussed on local media, supplemented with bus backs, radio, posters in libraries, and materials (postcards and business cards) given out at open days across the County. ‘Refer a friend’ posters were also placed around the Council’s offices. We’ve had excellent feedback from a happy client, “The campaign is going really well.
