I'm currently a student at Goldsmiths, University of London, working towards my MA degree in creative writing. I've been writing since high school, and have a very strong Japanese language skill. If you need any help at all in translating Japanese language to English, or vice versa, I think I can help.
Work history
Immigtation Logistics
I am responsible for making the most out of client's experience at the home office with their VISA application. I mainly handle the VISA submission and biometrics registration process.
Data Center Onsite Support

-Responsible for data equipment maintenance,
-Handling incoming phone calls and escorting incoming visitors.
-Escalate urgent matter to supervisor/ team leader if urgent attention is required
-Other responsibilities include handling equipment installation work for new customers,
storing incoming parcels for customers.
