Duties include:
- Managing wholesale accounts from creating an order, allocating stock, logistics, dispatch and invoicing. Fostering relationships with stockists.
- Handling multiple international accounts with different currencies (Sterling, Euro, US Dollar)
- Utilising Magento and Brightpearl software to create, track and fulfill orders from both wholesale and retail customers.
Junior User Experience Designer

Employed as an online merchandiser on the digital trading team. Duties included:
- Customer service phone calls and emails. Assisting in ticketing and membership inquiries.
- Creating product categories, product upload and copywriting.
-Quality control, making sure all product details are correct and categories are updated.
-User optimisation, website layout and maximising TTV for digital sales.
- Improvement from last year with customer dispute resolution, volume of email and phone calls and also productivity.
