- Smooth sessions with Gary BarlowIn December 2020, Smooth held their first ever "Smooth sessions" where you can see exclusive and intimate performances from artists that Smooth listeners know and love. The virtual gig was promoted on outdoor and Smooth's social channels, for which I managed the design and delivery of assets including the creative for outdoor and the promo assets.
- Heart's Make me a millionaireHeart made history in 2019 by giving away 1 million pounds in the biggest game in commercial radio. Listeners were given the chance to win a cash prize or enter the draw to win 1 million pounds. The marketing team manage the assets and liaise with the design and audio team to deliver them to Heart's social team for roll out.

Inception is a VR platform, content house and agency, creating and distributing original content in music, arts and culture. As Head of Production, I have been the Exec Producer and Director across a wide range of high profile projects, leading a small in-house team and shepherding interactive and immersive video content from concept to delivery. The role has demanded, developed and made use of a comprehensive understanding of the technologies and creative approaches behind 360° and VR video capture, stereoscopy, implementation of VR and interactivity across different platforms, and has demanded constant innovation to overcome the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities offered by a new medium. Roles & Responsibilities: - Part of senior management (reporting to CEO), with strategic, creative and technological input and insight - Line manager to the in-house team, and responsible for engaging and managing the freelance workforce - Coordinated resources of the company across three different cities and cultures (Tel Aviv, London and Los Angeles), - Creation and management of budgets and company production deadlines - Responsibility for all productions globally, including budget, scope, creative, music and content licensing, insurance etc - Ownership of client and partner relationships, strategy and satisfaction - Creation of internal infrastructure and workflows/processes - Relationships with and commissioning of talent, key staff (directors, producers) and international crew - Supporting and leading the creative and product management processes for content - Exec Producer and often director of the both day-to-day content and landmark experiences - Lead creative on key client accounts, including TimeOut, Pitchfork, Google/Boiler Room, and all music industry outreach Key projects: - Google & Boiler Room - “Dancefloors” – an interactive club set in Berlin, in which the user can choose which room or position within a room they undertake an array of musical and clubbing happenings. - Dalí Theatre-Museum – an interactive, explorable recreation of part of this amazing space, with immersive three-dimensional re- imaginings of some of his greatest works - Daydreaming with Stanley Kubrick – captured every work featured in this Somerset House exhibition, and then brought the entirety to life in VR with an innovative navigation system, and curator and artist commentary for each piece. - This Is Where It Starts – originated and produced this interactive format, in which we explore with an artist spaces that are important to them creatively. 2 pilots created with Ed Harcourt and the Mystery Jets – now in development for AAA talent - Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – interactive music videos for these world-conquering DJs (#1DJ Mag 2016). 5 shoot days in Ibiza with 20 dancers, 10 locations and a lot of sunscreen yielded 3 choose-your-own-adventure music videos - TimeOut – London & New York – city guides, editorial pieces and landmark experiences for these iconic cities, in partnership with TimeOut
