I am a highly motivated Website Manager in the luxury fashion sector and have gained valuable experience in the management of both technical and creative projects. I am the lead in digital projects across the business, covering site developments, global omni-channel projects and digital content; my largest project being in 2016 having project managed the launch of a new ecommerce platform and website re-design. I have experience managing small teams and agencies and enjoy bringing digital innovation to the business.
I am currently the Global Website Manager at dunhill, a luxury menswear brand. I have worked across many areas within the digital team (beginning as the digital marketing assistant) which has given experience across content, eDM, performance marketing, SEO, ecommerce and wider digital projects. My most recent role as Global Website Manager utilises my experience across these areas as the digital project manager within the business. I have been responsible for: • New ecommerce platform launch in 2016 partnering with Yoox-Net-a-Porter Group • Website redesign – ensuring a consistent brand image across film, image & copy working closely with relevant parts of the marketing team and stakeholders • Site launch project timeline being met and strict go live date • Managing the testing schedule and PEN testing of the site across 6 languages • Setting budgets for the year and ensuring these are met • Manage the development schedule to ensure ongoing website optimisation for new ecommerce and content features • Manage seasonal campaign launches, adapting creative for online usage • Manage the execution and roll out of global omni-channel projects including collect & return in store and reserve in store items
