• With strong oral and written skills I engage in proactive calling to create further value and a better understanding of the case at hand.
• Adaptable to change, whether it is computer software, my physical surroundings, product procedures or regulations, I am vigilant and compliant in order to complete the correct opening of accounts and the authorisation of credit products.
•Managing workload effectively and organisation is key to my ability to manage my diary. I have learnt to priorities and plan so I can successfully achieve my weekly goals.
• Liaise with other departments around the country to identify ways to improve our overall customer journey, working towards team deliverables and customer settings. I take pride and move confidently in the work that I do, paying attention to risk as I work productively and collaborate as part of a team in this highly regulated environment.
